Tennessee I-75 Construction Update

The Tennessee Department of Transportation reports the following construction activities on I-75 this week:

  • Bradley County, I-75 grading, drainage, construction of retaining walls and paving at Exit 25 (State Route 60) interchange in Cleveland, including the installation of traffic signals: Work on this project continues. Estimated project completion is summer 2016.
  • On the evenings of Monday, April 11, 2016 and again on Thursday, April 14, 2016, beams will be set over the eastbound lanes of APD-40. APD-40 East will be closed from Exit 20 to U.S. 11/64 (Lee Hwy.) when the work is done over the eastbound lanes. The right lane on the Exit 20 ramp from I-75 North will be closed and the left turn lane on the Exit 20 ramp from I-75 South will be closed during this work. Traffic traveling on I-75 will not be allowed to use Exit 20 to travel on APD-40 East during this time. Traffic traveling on APD-40 East from the Pilot Travel Center will be able to get onto I-75 North or South, but will not be able to travel past the interchange on APD-40 East during this work.
