Sandy Springs is a very nice campground situated on the banks of the Ohio River between Manchester and Portsmouth, Ohio.
Each site has a picnic table and fire ring and is equipped with a 50-amp and a 30-amp hookup. Ten sites are located on the river front, and they have ten pull-through sites. Their rates are very reasonable and there is a dump station on the premises.
