The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will implement nightly lane and ramp closures along both directions of I-75 at Miller Road in (exit 117) Genesee County starting Monday, July 7.
Work will include bridge repair, painting and temporary supports. Work will progress to other structures in the project area.
Traffic Restrictions:
Intermittent nighttime lane closures will be in place on Miller Road. I-75 will have one lane closed in each direction at Miller Road throughout this project. At night, two lanes will be closed on northbound I-75.
All lanes of southbound I-75 will be closed at night as needed during this work. During these closures, traffic will be detoured via the southbound I-75 connector ramp.
The following ramps will be closed nightly with a posted detour:
- The Miller Road entrance ramp to northbound I-75.
- The Miller Road entrance ramp to the southbound I-75 Connector.
- The westbound I-69 ramp to northbound I-75.
- The Bristol Road entrance ramp to northbound I-75.
Motorists should expect delays and are advised to seek alternate routes.
