The Ohio Department of Transportation reports that, as part of the Interstate 75/Kemper Road project, the following restrictions will be in place this weekend on I-75 North for bridge work over Kemper Road.
Single-lane closure on I-75 North beginning near the Sharon Road interchange from 8:00 p.m. Friday, September 11 until 6:00 a.m. Monday, September 14.
Nightly double-lane closures as needed on I-75 North from 9:00 p.m. each night to 6:00 a.m. the following day.
Arrow boards, signs and/or barrier wall will be used to maintain traffic, and all restrictions are scheduled to be lifted by 6:00 a.m. Monday, September 14. All work will be contingent upon the weather, and motorists are advised to expect delays in the work zone throughout the weekend.
To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone.
