The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) notifies motorists of scheduled overnight ramp closures on I-75 in Fayette County as part of the ongoing I-75 widening initiative and sign installation efforts.
Scheduled Closures:
- Wednesday, April 22 (midnight) – Thursday, April 23 (5:00 a.m.):
Northbound on-ramp from Newtown Pike (Exit 115) to I-75 North.
Detour: Utilize Exit 113 (Paris Pike). Law enforcement will assist with traffic direction. - Thursday, April 23 (midnight) – Friday, April 24 (5:00 a.m.):
Northbound on-ramp from Newtown Pike (Exit 115) to I-75 North for sign installation.
Alternate Access: Proceed via the adjacent signalized intersection. - Friday, April 24 (8 p.m.) – Wednesday, April 29 (6:00 a.m.):
Southbound on-ramp from Paris Pike (Exit 113) to I-75 South for ramp widening.
Detour: Follow U.S. 60 (Paris Pike).
Anticipate potential delays and proactively select alternate routes to minimize disruption.
Note: All schedules are provisional and may be adjusted due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the Kentucky Department of Highways’ control.
