Express Lanes Require Traffic Pacing on I-75 in Georgia. Expect Delays

Cobb County, Georgia: As work continues on the NWC Express Lanes for managed lanes access at Big Shanty Road, a daytime traffic pace for rock blasting is scheduled that will affect I-75 Northbound and Southbound.

Traffic pacing will occur on I-75 Northbound from I-75/I-575 interchange to Big Shanty Road and I-75 Southbound from Wade Green Road to Big Shanty Road, Monday, October 3rd and Friday, October 7th beginning at approximately 1:00 p.m.

Motorists are advised to expect delays and exercise caution while driving in these areas. On-site message boards indicating dates and times will be present in advance of these closures.
