I-75 travelers passing through the Cincinnati area this week should be aware of various construction restrictions along the way that may impact their trip.
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) reports that the following restrictions will be in place as part of the Interstate 74/75 Mill Creek Expressway Project. All work is weather dependent and subject to change.
Sunday, October 26:
- Single-lane (left lane) closure on I-74 West, from just east of the I-75 overpass to just west of the Beekman Street/Colerain Avenue on-ramp, from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Monday.
Monday, October 27:
- Single-lane (right lane) closure on I-74 West, from just east of the I-75 overpass to just west of the Beekman Street/Colerain Avenue on-ramp, from 10:45 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the following day.
- Closure of the ramp from I-75 South to I-74 West, from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the following day. Motorists may detour by way of the Hopple Street interchange (Exit 3) and I-75 North to I-74 West.
Tuesday, October 28:
- Single-lane (right lane) closure on I-74 West, from just east of the I-75 overpass to just west of the Beekman Street/Colerain Avenue on-ramp, from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Wednesday.
- Closure of the ramp from I-75 South to I-74 West, from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the following day. Motorists may detour by way of the Hopple Street interchange (Exit 3) and I-75 North to I-74 West.
Wednesday, October 29:
- Single-lane (left lane) closure on I-74 East, from the Montana Avenue on-ramp to just east of the Elmore Street overpass, from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Thursday.
Thursday, October 30:
- Single-lane (left lane) closure on I-74 East, from the Montana Avenue on-ramp to just east of the Elmore Street overpass, from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Friday.
- Closure of the off-ramp from I-74 East to Beekman Street/Colerain Avenue, from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Friday.
- Closure of the on-ramp from southbound Beekman Street to I-74 East, from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Friday.
Friday, October 31:
- Single-lane (right lane) closure on I-74 West, between the Spring Grove and Beekman Street overpasses, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Saturday, November 1.
- Closure of the ramp from I-75 South to I-74 West, from 10:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday. Motorists may detour by way of the Hopple Street interchange (Exit 3) and I-75 North to I-74 West.
