The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) reports that a temporary closure of the eastbound SR 618 (Selmon Expressway) ramp to the northbound I-75 ramp will occur nightly from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Sunday, May 11 through Tuesday, May 13, weather permitting.
Motorists needing to access northbound I-75 will have to detour around the work zone by exiting the Selmon Expressway using Exit 14, turning left onto Falkenburg Road, right onto SR 60, and proceeding toward the northbound I-75 entrance ramp.
Electronic message boards and signage will assist motorists traveling through the area. Motorists should use caution while driving through the work zone and remain alert for construction workers.
These temporary ramp closures are part of the ongoing concrete pavement repairs to I-75 from Progress Boulevard to Woodberry Road in Hillsborough County.
