The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of a rolling roadblock on a portion of I-75 southbound in Grant County on Wednesday, September 2. Crews will perform pavement repairs on this stretch of highway to improve road conditions and safety. Traffic will be temporarily slowed down and, at times, stopped to allow crews space to perform this work.
Crews will be performing a rolling roadblock on the highway between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. This work will take place on I-75 southbound from south of the Crittenden exit (166 mile marker) to the Dry Ridge exit (159 mile marker), a distance of 7.0 miles.ย ย
Do not attempt to pass a rolling roadblock operation. This traffic control is in place to keep our crews safe as they improve road conditions on the highway.
Weather permitting, this maintenance work is expected to be completed by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 2.
